Halloween Fluffy Ghost Craft

Here's a cute and fluffy ghost for Halloween.

Materials:

• ghost template cut from black construction paper
• white paper
• cotton
• glue

Directions:

1. Have children design and cut out eyes and mouth or teacher can precut beforehand.
2. Glue eyes and mouth onto the ghost template.
3. Glue cotton on top of the ghost.
