Easter Chick Bag Craft

Here's a cute and simple Easter chick bag craft you can do with your students. Afterward, they can fill it with grass and Easter eggs or chocolates.

Materials:

• 1 large paper plate
• 1 or 2 google eyes
• 1 or 2 small orange triangles for the beak
• 1 long orange wiki stick(pipe cleaner)
• yellow paint
• black marker or crayon
• stapler
• tape
• scissors
• glue

Directions:

1. Cut a paper plate in half and paint the bottom of both yellow. Allow to dry.
2. Bend the pipe cleaner and tape to the unpainted side of one half for a handle.
3. Staple the halves back together to make a pocket as shown.
4. Draw a curved line for the wing.
5. Glue on the eye and beak as shown. Do this for both sides if you like.
6. Fill with plastic grass and goodies.
