Materials:
- sheet of light blue construction paper
- simple polar bear template on white construction paper
- white tissue paper
- cotton balls
- black marker
- scissors
- glue
Directions:
- Find a polar bear template and cut out from white construction paper.
- Glue on to light blue background.
- Glue on tiny pieces of tissue paper for snow.
- Glue on cotton balls under the bear for snow-covered ground.
- Draw details on polar bear with a black marker.
