Bumblebee Craft for Kids

This is an easy and fun bumblebee craft to with your kids.

Materials:

• blue sheet of construction paper
• yellow and black construction paper
• scissors
• google eyes
• glue
• black yarn or pipe cleaners
• wax paper

Directions:

1. Cut a large circle from yellow construction paper.
2. Cut a medium circle from black construction paper
3. Glue the black circle down on the blue paper first for the head.
4. Glue the yellow circle next for the body.
5. Cut strips of black paper and glue on for stripes.
6. Glue on google eyes.
7. Cut and glue on black yarn or pipe cleaners for antennae.
8. Cut 2 small to medium circles from wax paper for wings.
9. Glue only the top part of the wax paper to the body, so the wings flap.
10. If desired, write, "Bb is for Bumblebee" at the bottom.
