Native American Teepee/Tipi Craft

This Teepee/Tipi Craft will look great on the table for Thanksgiving Dinner. It's also great for teaching about Native Americans and other cultures.

Materials:

  • tan craft foam
  • scissors
  • glue gun
  • tape
  • sticks
  • red, yellow, black, and orange markers

Directions:
  1.  Roll a semi circle of tan craft foam into a cone shape and glue in place with a glue gun.
  2. Cut the top of the cone at a slant.
  3. Cut three sticks to fit so they stick up from the top. Insert the sticks and glue or tape in place.
  4. Decorate the outside with Native American motifs.

This craft would also work well with construction paper or brown paper.
