Easy Father's Day Suit Tie Card Craft

Here's an easy way to make a suit shaped Father's Day card with a tie.

Materials:

  • sheet of construction paper or card stock
  • construction paper
  • glue
  • crayons
  • buttons(optional)

Directions:

  1. Lay a sheet of card stock or construction paper down horizontally. Fold the ends so they meet flush in the middle.
  2. Fold down the top corners to make the collar in front.
  3. Draw a tie on colored construction paper and cut out.
  4. Glue to the front of the card on only 1 side, so you can open the card. Or simply draw a tie in the middle.
  5. Write a Father's Day message inside.

Variations:
Glue 2 or 3 buttons on the front of the shirt on one side.
Draw a simple pocket on one side. Cut a simple hankerchief shape from construction paper. Cut a slit on the top line of the pocket, insert the hankercheif, and tape in place on the inside flap.
