Here's another great Japanese halloween card craft idea from the Pals site. Cut out some Halloween character from construction paper. Glue 2 paper strips into square shaped loops. Fold a piece of black paper in half, Glue in the square tabs so they go flat when you fold the card. Glue in your characters so they stand up and add a Halloween message.
