Here's a cute Halloween Treat bag craft idea from Japan. Use a recycled milk carton to make this bag.
- Tape the top of the milk carton to make it flat.
- Cut a door on the side of the milk carton lengthwise. You may need an adult for this.
- Tape a length of colorful cord or string for a handle.
- Cover the outside with white paper.
- Decorate with Halloween characters.
