Here's a very simple Halloween Ghost balloon craft decoration. Hang it up to great gusts coming into your house for Halloween.
Materials:
- white balloon
- white plastic bag
- black paper
- glue
- scissors
Directions:
- Cut open a white plastic bag and cut strips along one side.
- Glue or tape the plastic bag around a white balloon.
- Cut out and glue on black shapes for eyes and a mouth.
- Hang up near the door.
