Materials:
- star stamp bought or made from craft foam
- paints
- large sheet of white poster paper or construction paper
- ruler
- pencil
- scissors
Directions:
- Use a ruler to mark a large rectangular frame about an inch from the edge of the paper.
- Print stars in the center with your foam stamp.
- Make cuts along the edges to represent frill tassles.
