Cardboard Box Air Cannon Craft

Here's a very simple cardboard box air cannon video tutorial. You can use it to shoot down light targets or fill it with smoke and blow smoke rings. Basically tape a cardboard box closed and cot a round hole in one end. Push on either side to make a gust of air out of the cannon. This makes a great science experiment about air pressure. The video shows using a fog machine to fill the cannon with smoke. You can skip that step. I would substitute using dry ice and water to make smoke or burn some incense. The video is in Japanese, but that doesn't matter. A picture is worth a thousand words.

  1. This cardboard box air cannon craft is such a fun way to teach kids about air pressure and creativity using simple materials. Activities like this show how small ideas can create big impact. It reminds me how digital creativity works too having the right tools makes experimenting more exciting. I recently explored some creative social features and customization ideas at https://snaptroidsapk.com/

  2. This kind of cardboard air cannon project is a great example of how simple materials can spark problem-solving and creative thinking. Activities like this often lead to questions about why certain designs work better, which makes them useful for reflection and learning. Writing short notes after a build can help capture insights, track improvements, and connect hands-on experiments to broader skills like planning and analysis. That reflective approach is explained well here: https://journalingtechniques.us/
