This Halloween glow stick lantern craft is such a good idea. Those plastic glow sticks you get for Halloween are non-toxic. Break them apart and pour the luminescent liquid into a jar. Shake around and you have a lantern. Mix different colors for a special effect. Add a little bit of water so they last longer. Line them up along the driveway or in the window.
