Here is a simpler version of a recycled plastic bottle pinwheel craft from a Japanese website. You need a single size(500 ml, 17 oz.) plastic bottle with straight side panels. A picture is worth a thousand words and this website has an excellent picture tutorial of this craft. You need a sharp box cutter or exacto knife and you need to poke or drill a hole in the cap and bottom. You'll also need a wire coat hanger or other bendable wire.
