Here's another Halloween balloon pinata I made. The fave is roughly based on a big green monster face I saw.Materials:
- balloon
- newspaper
- water and flour paste
- green paint
- various colored paper
Directions:
- Tear newspaper into strips and dip in flour water paste and cover a large balloon. Allow to dry and repeat two more times for three layers.
- Paint pinata green and allow to dry.
- Cut out pieces for the face and glue on.
- Pop the balloon and fill with candy, closing with tape.
- Have fun at the party.
